Cakes 
Ingredients used :
- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 2 cups vegan sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup vegetable Oil
- 2 cups water
Preparetions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all of the dry ingredients (using a fork) in a 9x13 baking pan. Then
add the liquid ingredients and mix well until there are no lumps. Of course,
you can mix this in a separate bowl if you prefer, but this way you're
not making more dirty dishes! :)
Bake for 35 minutes. Be sure to let cool for about 20 minutes before diving
into it. It has a tendency to fall apart if it's not cool enough.
