Indian Vegetarian Recipes 
Ingredients used :
- 1/2 cup paneer cubes
- 2 tablespoons onion paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- a pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 cup tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- salt to taste
Preparetions:
1. Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
2. Add the onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and stir
for some time.
3. Then add the turmeric powder, chilli powder and tomato
puree and cook till the oil separates.
4. Finally, add the kasoori methi, milk, sugar, salt
and paneer cubes and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
Serves: 2
Cooking Time : 9 minutes.
Preparation Time : 3 minutes.
