Ingredients used :
- 1 package of thin spaghetti noodles
- 1-2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 bottle fat-free Italian dressing
- pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparetions:
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package. Be careful
NOT to overcook your pasta. When pasta is done (I suggest al dente), strain,
and put in bowl. Let the pasta chill in the refrigerator for about 10
minutes, or until the pasta is slightly chilled. Add the tomatoes, cucumbers,
Italian dressing, and red pepper flakes. Toss throughly and serve, or
chill until ready to serve.
Serves: 8-10
Preparation time: about 15-20minutes
