Salads 
Ingredients used :
- Enough pasta for one (say, 3/4 to 1 cup dry)..I like rotini
- 1 1/2 or 2 big fresh tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon minced onion (red onion is good)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon cider or balsamic vinegar
- a few bazil leaves (opt)
- plenty of black pepper
- salt
Preparetions:
Cook pasta. While cooking, chop tomatoes. Throw everything
else in with the tomatoes.
Drain pasta; add to tomato mixture.
The extra amounts of olive oil and vinegar are only if your tomatoes are
SO BIG that they need more flavouring..make sure those tomatoes are nice
and ripe.
Nutrition Info: For the smaller amount of oil, I'd estimate it to be 320
cal or so.
