Brinjal 
Ingredients used :
- Baingan: 2 medium size
- Onion: 1 large size
- Green chillies:5-6
- Garlic clove:5-6
- Oil:2 teaspoon
- Salt
- gronudnuts or Green peas:1/2cup.
- Coriander:finely chopped.
Preparetions:
1. Keep baingans on stove or grill for
20 minutes then rotate and put
the other side on stove till the whole baingan turns dark in coloured
and wrinkled.
2. Remove baingans from stove and let them cool.
3. Remove the skin of baingans and mashed them.
4. Fry green chillies and garlic cloves on fry pan till
they become
light brown and then crushed them..
5. Heat a frying pan pour 2 teaspoon oil when the oil
is heated add
chopped onion fry it till it becomes light brown then add green peas or
groundnuts stir for 5 minutes.
6. Add mashed baingans and stir for another 10 minutes.
7. Add salt according to taste.
8. Garnish baingan bharta with coiander.
