Ingredients
- Baingan: 2 medium size
- Onion: 1 large size
- Green chillies:5-6
- Garlic clove:5-6
- Oil:2 teaspoon
- Salt
- gronudnuts or Green peas:1/2cup.
- Coriander:finely chopped.
Instructions
- Keep baingans on stove or grill for 20 minutes then rotate and put
- the other side on stove till the whole baingan turns dark in coloured
- and wrinkled.
- Remove baingans from stove and let them cool.
- Remove the skin of baingans and mashed them.
- Fry green chillies and garlic cloves on fry pan till they become
- light brown and then crushed them..
- Heat a frying pan pour 2 teaspoon oil when the oil is heated add
- chopped onion fry it till it becomes light brown then add green peas or
- groundnuts stir for 5 minutes.
- Add mashed baingans and stir for another 10 minutes.
- Add salt according to taste.
- Garnish baingan bharta with coiander.
