Ingredients
- 1 piece of your favorite vegan bread ( I used org. sourdough bread from whole foods)
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 teaspoon or to your taste marinara sauce
- 1 oz mozzarella style vegan gourmet cheese
Instructions
- Toast vegan bread. When its done toasting spread marinara sauce over it, put the tomato slice on top, and crumble vegan gourmet cheese over the top. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning if you like, broil until cheese is melted and enjoy!
