Frozen Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 2-4 ripe (but not overripe) bananas
  • Water
  • 1/2 – 1 cup other frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Peel bananas, slice or break into 1″ rounds, and freeze 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Place in blender with a little water and blend at high speed until smooth. Add raspberries or blueberries, etc., and blend.
  3. Additions:
  4. You can use a tablespoon or two of undiluted, frozen fruit juice (this will make it a little sweeter).
